Easy goals:
When you get the ball, try and get past the defenders by sprinting (tapping Triangle). When the goalie is going up to you, press X and the ball will bounce back off the goalie, allowing you to easily score a goal.
Rapidly tap Triangle and try to get past the other players. Get past them to the point where it is just you and the goalie. When he is in front of you, press Square. The ball will go above his head and in the goal.
Easy injuries:
In any mode, press R1 and the opposition will get injured very often. Note: If you do not turn bookings off, you will get a card.
